Specification of Tungsten Heavy Alloy Golf Weight

Tungsten alloy golf weight is now well known as the best material for this significant role of golf club balance weight. Through adopting tungsten alloy golf weight can greatly improve performance of golf clubs; so many users like to use them.
A golf club head includes one or more balance weights for swing balancing the golf club. The balance weight is selected from a plurality of balance weights and mounted in a weight cavity formed in the golf club head.
Because of their unique properties, tungsten alloy golf weights are well suited for use as weights for sports equipment. The product has a density twice that of steel and weigh seven times more than aluminum.
We have more than 10 years manufacture experience in tungsten alloy golf weight. We welcome the opportunity to cooperate with our customers in the design of individual specifications of tungsten alloy golf weight. Our mission is to meet individual customer requirements of it. Flexibility is our strength. We pride ourselves on being able to find the right solution to customer's problems of product. It is one of our leading products. We can provide all kinds of product as your requirements.

Tungsten Counterweight for Aerospace

Both government agencies and the private industry sector rely on tungsten alloy material for quality aerospace components. With high-density materials, tungsten aerospace counterweight  can be achieved in tight spaces. Some of the components we manufacture for the aerospace industry include, but are not limited to:
Rotor blades
Propellers
Inertial systems
Fluid control systems
Bucking bars
Trim weights
Aircrafts balance weights
Aircraft ballast weights
Anti-vibration metals
Helicopter Blade Weights
Instrumentation components
Missile components
Vibration dampening components
Ordnance
Airplane Rudders
Prototype models

Tungsten Weight Properties

Tungsten alloys weight have many special properties such as high density (15.8-18.7g/cm3), high melting point, wear resistance, high tensile strength, good elongation capacity, low vapor pressure, excellent thermal stability and high radiation absorption capacity, etc.. And due to these advantages they are widely used in various fields including the sports, industry and medicine, etc.. The most common high density Tungsten alloys are W-Ni-Fe and W-Ni-Cu.

Tungsten Weights, Counterbalances & Ballasts

Counter weights made from tungsten heavy alloy compensate for oscillations, weight transfers, imbalances and vibrations, create or shift centers of gravity and more generally ensure the optimum balance.

Counterbalance weights are crucial components in many different applications. They help reduce the loads that parts are exposed to and consequently increase their service life. Such as:
Aviation and aerospace: Propeller and rotor blades, Aircraft weights
Automotive industry: Crankshaft counterweights/balancing and chassis weights, Vibration dampening governors, Balances of flywheels and turbines
Watch industry: Bobs/weights on watch rotors
Optical industry: Microscopes and measuring instruments
